Chris Knight

Director

Chris started out as a management consultant for Ernst & Young, delivering commercial and operational improvements across large capital programmes in the Construction and Energy sectors. Today Chris drives our commercial strategy, identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with our clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and delivery at the best possible price.

In his spare time, Chris can be found at Selhurst Park watching his team, Crystal palace, or alternatively he will be hacking his way around a golf course.

Joe Tyrrell

Director

A proud member of the family, working his way up from the bottom and having experienced every aspect of the operational side of the business at Tyrrell Flooring. Joe is responsible for overseeing the full fit out from conception, design and handover in accordance with appropriate standards.

He strives to maintain our reputation through quality and efficiency and ensures health, safety and environmental practices are followed. When Joe is not working, you’ll find him digging in the crates as an avid vinyl record collector, a keen cook and Tottenham Hotspur fan.

Doug started life in construction as a Floor Laying Apprentice and was trained in traditional methods. Over the years, Doug’s skills broadened enabling him to fit all types of flooring. Doug has worked on some very high end projects and is a craftsman in his trade. 35 years later, Doug manages some of our major projects ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Kate has had a diverse career across business development, operations and account management. Kate manages the day to day administration of the company and works with our clients to ensure all information is shared effectively through the various systems and processes. Kate is great under pressure and builds strong relationships with our clients.

Tony heads up health and safety, training and environmental sustainability across all of our operations.
